Every candle lit, every donation given — this is what it becomes in the world.
Healthcare for the poorest communities
Since 2005, volunteer medical professionals have provided free medical care to the poorest communities in Gujarat, India — serving people irrespective of creed and religion.
Over 31,000 patients have been treated. More than 2,500 cataract operations have been performed, and 8,000 pairs of spectacles given free to those who could not afford them.

The WPF Foundation has distributed over 16,000 education kits — pens, paper, books and school uniforms — so that children in impoverished countries can go to school.
The charity has also covered the cost of education fees for over 200 children and nurses, changing the trajectory of their lives entirely.
Peace in Your Hands has been used in rehabilitation programmes for child soldiers in Rwanda and by Women for Peace in Syria.
