This is helping them to see and celebrate the diversity they see around them and encourages them to embrace the underlying unity behind what they see.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.peace-education-in-action.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Read more <\/a><\/p>\r\n<h2>Humanitarian Projects<\/h2>\r\n<p>We run humanitarian projects in India which aim to empower people at all levels from medical camps to youth education programmes and with food distribution and clothing.<\/p>\r\n<p>Free Medical Camps Education Projects Free Eye Clinics <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.worldpeaceflame.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/08\/free-medical-camps.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\r\n<h2>Free Medical Camps<\/h2>\r\n<p>Doctors and Consultants give their time and expertise to help impoverished people in villages and tribal areas where we arrange the Free Medical Camps.<\/p>\r\n<p>About 30,000 patients have received free medical care in impoverished communities in Gujarat, India.<\/p>\r\n<p>Our volunteers serve people irrespective of creed and religion. countries do not have what they need to go to school so they don&#8217;t get an education.<\/p>\r\n<p>We&#8217;ve distributed over 14,000 education kits (pens, paper, books etc.) and also school uniforms, so that more children can go to school.<\/p>\r\n<p>Plus, we&#8217;ve covered the cost of education fees for over 200 children and nurses.<\/p>\r\n<p><a 2005 we have provided well over 2000 cataract operations and 7000 pairs of free spectacles.<\/p>\r\n<p>Each cataract operation costs a donor only \u20ac30.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>&#8220;To see the joy in someone&#8217;s face when the bandages\u00a0<\/em><em>are removed from their eyes and they can see again is\u00a0<\/em><em>the most wonderful experience you could have.&#8221;<\/em><br
